I had an appointment for 11am. The receptionist downstairs said to take a seat up stairs and someone will call me. 20 mins or so went by and i looked over the railings and asked the receptionist " are they running late please ". The receptionist said " oh , try room 110 ". I knocked on room 110 and gave my details but the lady said she has nothing for me, try reception. Excellent. I got Occupational Health medical in my home town the next day. Reasonable prices too.
Helpful, My employer sent me for sickness absence assessment, the young doctor was vary helpful and polite.
