As per other recent comment - absolutely non responsive by email. Have now left answering services messages and still no response. Have been chasing replacement goods for 7 weeks after being promised I would have turned around in 1 week (product fault under replacement warranty). A terrible way to run a business. UPDATE 29Jan25 As per Adrian's response I left another voicemail AND sent an email to customerservice@zorichgroup.com on 23rd January. STILL NO RESPONSE Dear Adrian, next suggestion?

Do not respond to phone calls & emails. If it is a family business I would hate to be in their family.
Very unorganised they are Not located at mirage road anymore but couriers are still sent there twice a week to take photos to show they are not there anymore
when you send them an email and they ignore you and never reply, it's a reflection on the company so 1 star it is.
