First few installation projects with them was good until they stopped paying their subcontractors and ignored obligations. I would expect good business-to-business etiquette from this company to payout the rest of your invoices like you would expect your customers to pay for your service(s).

After they get the job done they will turn their back on you, if you need any help with the system they install, you will never get the help you need ,they dont answer your messages , if it happens and answer the phone they will promise you to come and help but they never show up they are unprofessional with customer service and as soon they get their money from you ,you are on your own you will never get any help or guarantee for the work they have done.
