I think we were Scott's first customers when my husband saw the online. He went over & asked if he could look around. Scott replied, "Sure. We're not actually open yet But look around, let me know if there's anything you want & come back next Monday when my system is up." Today, Zooxae is our "home away from home!" Scott, Crystal, Dany, Thomas, Grace, Matt & Christian go above & beyond any possible definition of customer service! Thanks Team Zooxae!
I wanted to like this place but they never got back to me after reaching out a few times. I bought a few hundred worth of fish and corals. Put the corals in my tank, found some small parasites on it but didn’t think too much about it. Next day woke up to a crashed tank, lost a lot of nice fish that had been good for a while.
Dude!!! What a great store! The hard work and care to maintain such high quality experience put Zooxae is rarified air. Can't wait to go back
And awesome place to get your supplies and all you need for your aquarium. The staff extremely knowledgeable and helpful. In my experience Matt and Thomas take a great care of us. Great quality in everything highly recommended if u have a fish tank or planning for this is your best option. Hands down.
I’ve been into the hobby for many years and am now venturing into planted tanks and fresh water shrimp. The owner and staff are some of the most knowledgeable people you would want to receive advice from. The tanks are impeccable and the live stock outstanding. Even if you’re not in the market for fish or a tank at the moment, I would highly recommend stopping in the store just to take a look absolutely amazing. Would recommend the shop to anybody that asks five star all the way. Keep doing what you’re doing. Thanks Robert
