Love Zoomride. Been with them for a while and their services are amazing. I've had 3 services I wasn't happy about but it had to do with the drivers. I complained about one of those issues and it was handled in a very professional manner. I love that you know who your driver is, you can also track them to see how long they will take. The majority of the drivers are very friendly. Customer service is also very professional and understanding. I feel secure with Zoomride. I have recommended Zoom to several of people.
