I am so happy! My great driver David knew I just spent over 2 weeks in the hospital and he waited for me even though it took a little longer than expected due to my clinic having to get ahold of the hospital. David is a true Gentleman 😃

They get no star this company suck bad I arrived 30 min late for my Dr appointment and was told I had to reschedule so if you have a choice don't pick them please!!!
I am so mad! I don’t know what’s going on with Zoom Ride! I’ve been with them for years but the last 6 months they’ve went from 5 stars to 1 and I wish I could give them a negative number! They used to be on time but now they are always late! This driver Reginald was supposed to be at my house at 2pm but he was “unavailable” for 45 minutes and now it’s almost 3pm and my appointment is at 3pm and I’m still waiting!
