Highly, Highly disappointed in this company! They say they'll call but they dont call upon arrival at all! Do NOT recommend
My husband Michael and I used zoom for the 1st time today for medical appointment ride . I can honestly say that this company far exceeds any other nemt company I’ve ever used . We had David in car 16 for the trip in who was polite qbd helpful and went out of his way to help us , then on the ride back we had Michael in van 90 and he was also excellent and went out of his way to help . Taxi showed up two hours late and by the time they got to my house it was 1:00PM and I had already cancelled the ride by accident while trying to get ahold of the driver by pressing the wrong number, but the medical office I needed to be at was already closed so I couldn’t even go as there was only about 8 minutes to get there by that point and it’s 16 minutes away. Do not use this company. I had an appointment on friday and they didn't show up to pick me up until my appointment time. Then yesterday I had another appointment and waited over three hours after my appointment , and they didn't show up to pick me up. I had to call my son to come get me. And the woman answering the phone was extremely rude
