Taxi showed up two hours late and by the time they got to my house it was 1:00PM and I had already cancelled the ride by accident while trying to get ahold of the driver by pressing the wrong number, but the medical office I needed to be at was already closed so I couldn’t even go as there was only about 8 minutes to get there by that point and it’s 16 minutes away. Do not use this company. I had an appointment on friday and they didn't show up to pick me up until my appointment time. Then yesterday I had another appointment and waited over three hours after my appointment , and they didn't show up to pick me up. I had to call my son to come get me. And the woman answering the phone was extremely rude

My appointment was for 3:40pm. Ride was scheduled- AND Confirmed for 3:15pm, called the clinic to get a grace until 4pm. Dude was gonna be so late I had to cancel and reschedule an important imaging appointment. Unacceptable.
