I've going to Zoom Tan since, 2011. Not only are there Prices lower then, other Salon's I've gone to but, there Stores are always immaculate & the Ladies that Work at the one on Santa Barbara that, I've been going to the last few years are, not only the sweetest ever but, also very knowledgeable in regards to their Products. Zoom Tan has also, been amazing during these last few Months in keeping us up-to-date on Temporary closing/Re-opening; they automatically Froze Monthly Auto Payment for Membership while, Temporarily closed & since, Re-opening they are giving Store Credit equivalent to monthly fee which, has been wonderful to be able to use towards cost of Product's 😊 I just truly wish Zoom Tan would look into opening a few locations in East Tennessee as, I know I'll never find a Salon as wonderful when, I move as, well as, it would be great in the meantime when, on Vacation 😉

I’ve been trying to get a billing issue resolved for 2 months and continue to make no progress!!!! In the salon I’m given a customer service number to call. Customer service tells me I have to call the resolution department. The resolution department does not answer calls, they only get messages and will call you back. The only problem is I DO NOT GET A CALL BACK!!! I’m beyond frustrated at this point and customer service can do nothing else to help me nor can they escalate my issue to a live person who can help. Seems the only people actually doing anything are the ones processing the billing!!!
