After 25 min wait at airport(not a big deal) for pickup arrived at wharehouse where the rental WAS NOT waiting. Driver that picked me up from airport went in the back for about 10min and sprayed a vehicle down which followed with him bringing around front of the building as he was the only one there. Jack of all trades Suv was a black with light grey trim in color but with it being freshly sprayed off alot of the scuffs didn't show but alot did (in the dry spots) and they were pointed out . Don't book it, they will never return your damage deposit. Big scam in all north america.
Smooth transaction, good staff and very nice service.
I really had a bad experience! The pick up place is out of the terminal, so you have to take a cab. And we finally arrive there, there was hidden fee of 25$ per day extra to go to British Colombia...
