I rented minivan for two days. Process was smooth and the team accomodated a few things according to my need. Highly recommended !!!
Poor service! Watch out for add on fees! Extra insurance needs, lextra ate fees charges
EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE. The staff is really rude. I called to get reimbursement for the bizarre service charges on toll that were charged to my credit card without prior notification, and the lady I spoke to was utterly rude and came back at me saying I don’t have time for this. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? The staff needs to take basic customer service 101 lessons. I rented twice; the prices were fair, and the service was excellent. The second time, I booked a standard car through Expedia, but they upgraded me to a midsize SUV with better options. Highly recommended!
