Easy booking through phone and prices are lower than average rent a car places. I was able to extend my rent with no sweat and shout out to Sammy for making things smooth and easy! Definitely will book again a rent a car when visiting Toronto area.
I had a very disappointing experience with Zoomcar in Tampa, Florida back in April. I had paid the full price online for a 5-day rental well in advance. Unfortunately, my flight was unexpectedly delayed, so I immediately tried to contact them to inform them. No one answered my calls for hours — extremely frustrating when you’re dealing with travel issues. Great service and no extra fees!!
If possible, I would give this company zero stars. My experience was extremely disappointing they took a $1,500 deposit from us and have yet to return it. I believe their practices are dishonest, and I would strongly caution anyone against renting a car through them rather than regretting it later. In my opinion, many of the five-star reviews appear misleading.
