Absolutely loved the car, it was brand new and all the features were lovely. The service was outstanding and they even clarified and helped me fix an issue with insurance. Sanjay took me directly to my terminal and was very friendly.

I have to say I’ve rented cars here several times over the yrs and never have I had a issue yesterday our flight was delayed 3 hrs which ment they closed at 5 and we couldn’t get out of Pearson until 6 I called and spoken to a employee who listened to me and made arrangements with another employee to accommodate us He was extremely nice and polite thanks for your help and pls tell the employee thanks so much
Car Rental; Zoom (AKA Stride) We are writing to warn you about this car rental agency. We rented a car through Expedia for our trip to Houston. Upon arrival to the airport, we were told that a shuttle would pick us up to bring us to the rental agency. Our credit card company advised us to decline the coverage, as they covered insurance for car rentals, however we were told by the car rental agency that we were required to take their coverage in order to rent a car.
