Pleeaase do not waste your money. The vehicle they gave me brakes were grinding they did allow me to switch the vehicle. Now here it is 42 days later and I STILL HAVE NOT received my $500 deposit back. Getting in touch with someone is impossible. I even emailed them and no response. Oh yeah let’s not talk about all the fees. I was charged for using my own insurance

The easiest place where to rent a car, by other rentals I feel that I'm buying a house,they require signatures and authorizations. but zoom was the easiest, in and out in 2 minutes with a very good car, In a good condition, and the return took also 1-2 minutes

I remember zoomcar used to be a really good service to use. I hired zoomcar regularly and it was my go to car hire service until 2020/2021. But then something changed massively maybe because of expansion and getting more cars in the catalog. Zoomcar as a company seemed to have completely lost track of customer experience in the midst of all this. The quality is the worst now and dispute resolution is non-existent. Thank you for the good services years ago but now this service for me is completely unusable.
