Absolutely horrible. My wife runs a sparks group for 6-7 year olds, and hired zooktek to come to their meeting tonight. No sign of him after 10 minutes of waiting. Called him and he said he wasn't feeling well and not coming. Very unprofessional and the fact you couldn't call to say you weren't coming and just not show up shows the lack of business sense. Unfortunately my wife had to tell all the little girls there was no body was coming. Don't hire unless you're okay with being disappointed.
I only review if something is exceptional, or beyond terrible. Doug with ZooTek is OUTSTANDING! Educational, personable, patient, professional and affordable. We had them in our home yesterday and were pleasantly surprised. We've hired several of these type of wildlife encounters for birthday parties throughout the years, but it's clear to see Doug has been doing this for a long time. It's a very well organized show.
