Not happy, spent $500 each per double walled tortoise house and 2 of the 3 are separating between side wall and back wall. Top doesn’t lift and I have had the 3 for barely months. Was asked to disconnect to hinge that allows the top to open.looking at sending me new side panels? How is that going to help when the top is going to continue to be lifted as it was made to do. Invested over $2k including 3 heaters at $100 each and it is falling apart.
Quality of bulbs have gone down bought a new one lasted only 2 weeks
Quick fast efficient nice people all around loaded within 1 hr cant complain full load. Easy in easy out
These guys are awsome i purchased a 40 gal tank for my Mexican black kingsnake well my son was moving it for me he broke the door on accident I got a hold of them emailed the situation I was fully prepared to buy a door but they just asked for my address and sent me a new one so absolutely awsome of you guys love your products
