Katie is very knowledgeable and professional. I’ve only had a few sessions and my neck pain is gone and I’m feeling more energetic and sleeping better.

Dr. Katie’s acupuncture treatments have helped my knee pain after only 3 sessions. My deep sleep, as measured by my Fitbit, has at least doubled - from 30-45 minutes, to 60-90 minutes - since I began acupuncture treatments from her. I am very satisfied and pleased with my results (in addition to knees and sleep, there have been other positive benefits), and I’ve recommended her, and acupuncture, to other suffering family and friends.
Katie is a kind and thorough practitioner. She takes the time to determine your specific needs and acts on it. The session was relaxing, effective and put me at ease. The office is quiet, calm and a good setting for treatment. I highly recommend Katie and Zones Acupuncture.
I’ve been to Katie after rotator cuff surgery and also after a running related hamstring injury. I believe I recovered from both injuries faster through her acupuncture. My next set of sessions will be treatment for tinnitus. 🤞
