Will not respond to any communication. Ordered a dress, too small. Assured me enough material to alter...not the case. Once I found out I tried to contact this company...no answer. Continue to try to contact with no responses.
We had a great experience at zone4kids. We had bought a dress for my god daughters christening that she out grew befor the event. The week of they were able to order a larger size, and we were able to exchange the size with no problem. This is a small shop with a ton of dresses for your littles fancy needs.
Due to unusual communications if you can call it that, along with all the gloom and doom I read from others here, I just KNEW the tux I ordered wouldn't get here in time. It got here today, right on schedule and is the nicest boys tux I have ever seen. Much nicer than a rental. Good job!
HORRIBLE....BBB WILL BE NOTIFIED.....MY DAUGHTER HAS NO DRESS FOR HER COMMUNION NOW......LIARS
I ordered a dress for my daughter to wear to a military Father Daughter dance. I ordered the dress in a size 6 and they sent a size 7 (several weeks after I placed my order) After attempting to contact them and receiving no answer multiple times the issue has still not been rectified.
