Terrible experience. Purchased a lamp to be delivered to an address with a front desk staff. Zone Maison uses Canada Post. Item never showed up. Zone Maison claims Canada Post left a pick up card - again at an address with front desk staff. The item was returned to Zone Maison and they will not refund the full amount. Don't waste money - shop somewhere else.
