I am a masters athlete that trains to compete in marathons, and in order to recover and take care of any ailments, I see Pooneh for cupping, needling, acupuncture, gua sha, and laser therapy. What I really appreciate about Pooneh is that she is a great listener and has a wonderful instinct to find the right trigger point or area to address. Very friendly and helpful staff! Great experience with Mr. Ali Mohammadi Fard and issues I had with my arches.
I had such a great experience at Zone 4 Physiotherapy and Wellness center I came in with severe neck pain and could barely move my head at all. After I explained and showed Ali how limited my neck movement was, he provided treatment that made a huge difference. By the next day, my neck felt much, much better, and I was able to move it normally again. I’m really grateful for the care and professionalism I received.
