I highly recommend Lauren, I'm sure everyone at Zone 34 works their magic as well however Lauren has been such an amazing physio for me. Lauren is one of the first health professionals I've ever encountered that truly listens and asks. My 2 girls have attended Physio at Zone 34 for all of their general ballet and injury management. As a physio myself, having such specialised and personalised supports that are tailored to each of the girls has been wonderful. They have each had different experiences perfectly aimed at their level and always had their goals to work towards. Thank you Nicole and the team at Zone 34!
