I was referred to the firm only to be greeted with rudeness. I shrugged my feelings aside wanting to give Loria Zona a chance but you should always go with your gut feeling. I got an amended W2 in the mail and went to talk to Lori about it and was greeted with the same rudeness. She actually said she would NOT amend my return!!! I wouldn't recommend this firm to my worst enemy!!! I wish my tax accountant of 21 years didn't retire!!!!
