Zomo health worked with my employer, for a wellness perks program. They sent me a check for my benefits that was expired by the time I got it. Any attempts to reach out to them have been ignored. I even called into Chase bank where their checked was marked from and Chase said they no longer have an account. My check was made out from a K. Smith. Heads up that they are fraudulent.
