I confidently recommend taking the time to have Pamela explain her methods and do a demo for you. Seeing is believing. What ever you think it might be like, It probably isn't like that. It simply is what it is, and in my experience, Pamela's methods work very very well...
My son, husband, and I all see Pamela. I always feel refreshed when I leave her office. I especially like that she teaches a method for you to reconnect with the session when at home. It helps me center myself between visits.
I've been going to see Pamela now off and on (before and after having a baby) for almost 2 years.
