I am getting dozens of spam messages a day. This is particularly bad for a satellite recover that charges per message. They need to employ a reasonable spam filter Also, once you assign a check-in contact you cannot delete the contact. What a Mickey Mouse IT group!
I have owned a ZOLEO and I would recommend any other device but this. Their customer service is awful and they continue to bill you even after you cancel your account. Just go with Garmin it will be cheaper I. The long run.
I bought the device and set it all up. It worked well the first day, but on the 2nd day, the spring on the clip Zoleo provided to attach the Zoleo to a tether they provided failed, and the clip opened up. This caused the Zoleo to fall off somewhere in the mountains of Mexico. Even though the Zoleo clip failed, customer service refused to warranty the product. I was paying a $60 a month service for this device and still would not warranty the failed product. I can not suggest this device to trust your life with!
I really am very happy with this product! and the service! I go gold mining two or three times a year for a week or two at a time it's in the middle of nowhere there's no service so I bought multiple devices for multiple networks to make sure I was able to stay in contact with my wife when she was pregnant and now that we have a kid I want to stay in contact as well.
