Horrible customer service... a phone number would be helpful?! I also did what the website said to do, to email them I have heard nothing?!
I have 2 complaints about Zoic. I’ve been happy w/the quality of some of their other bike clothing. Initially I was happy w/these impact liners. They fit well & were comfortable. But after a few washings the puzzle-like cushion pieces started coming loose& moving (a problem others have reported as well). As you can see, I had to sew them in place. Second, before I had a problem with/the liners, I bought a 2nd pair online directly from Zoic because they were on sale. They said they were in stock so I also bought a pair of glo... read more

Editing my review to update- I received a reply from customer service nearly 2 weeks after contacting them and after digging up one of the founder’s emails on LinkedIn to send a request for an update. They explained that they have been having issues with their carriers. For the record, I love their Guide button-up jerseys both on and off the bike- 100% recommend that specific item. on 9/20/2023 I purchased a pair of Ether Shorts along with a pair of Carbon Liner Shorts from the Zoic website which according to the tracking estimated the delivery on 9/25/2023, the package was ultimately lost by USPS. I contacted ZOIC via their online form as there was no phone number available on their website.
