very very bad comunication
I arrived one hour early as I was told by the broker to get the truck and trailer washed. $160 well worth it. They don't just wash your truck, they detail it, since it is a Bio Secure Facility Make sure you follow their policy. I spoke with 3 employees they were/are very professional and friendly. I got loaded very quickly as possible. FYI not all employees are good employees and one can make the difference for good or bad.
