Good product i bought myself from there. I never had any problems the warranty only good for 3 years pretty good my opinion.
I over years have bought four or five Zoeller sump pumps, because there made in America and or Cast Iron. The switch seems to last four to seven years, easy fix! Just bought one again this week at Lowe's - $184. #1075. Very disappointed, the box said Cast Iron but the switch is now in a plastic system. Replacing the switch will not be an option no way the plastic will open or reseal after being in water for a few years. Please go back to full Cast Iron.
I feel the warranty is deceiving. Don't waste the extra money, They are all pretty much the same. 🤔😕 I bought because they are made in America. 🇺🇸
I have used zoeller pumps for a long time now such a great pump! Also made right across the river! Keep it up team Zoeller!
Zoeller customer service is amazing. As a residential customer I called Zoeller with questions about two pumps I had. I really expected to be kind of turned out to another retailer or service company. Boy was I wrong!! Aleksandar answered all my questions and did some research for me on one of the pumps. He got everything I needed and shipped it out. He made sure that I was aware of their appreciation of me being a Zoeller customer. World class service is all I can say!!!
Thanks for superior service. I messaged you here about a 20+ year old water-powered back-up sump pump part because the pump is discontinued and could not find on website. You quickly advised that it's parts were discontinued, too, BUT that you found such a part anyway and would mail it to me. You didn't ask for a penny and it arrived my house 2 days later. That's exceeding expectations. Please note I also was replacing my main sump pump. That's now a Zoeller, too!
