After filing some tax forms, I was told my return. Some time went by and no return. I tried to track in on the IRS app and when I entered my information and the amount he showed me that was to be my return, the system says invalid entry. After attempting multiple times to check, I then call to just confirm that I had the correct amount. Tell him that I just wanted to check if the amount I had was the right one, he tells me to text him then after texting him says to email him. That was his last response to me.
