Lorraina was lovely, super helpful, and knowledgable - I stopped in en route from Boston to my home in Vermont because there isn’t a store like this near me. I did not have an appointment (but I will definitely make one in the future!), but she fit me in with my shorter-than-usual timeline anyway. Came away with 2 new bras, so I can throw out my old stretched out ones now! I’ll definitely be back!

I was looking for a bra to go with a dress. The person helped me was I feel disrespectful. I told her my bra size and she said we'll see about that. Not in a nice way. I think her tactic is to put you down so you listen insecurely. But I am over 65 and been wearing bras my whole life before she was born. Their assumption that you've never been to a specialist before or you don't know your body I find is disrespectful. We tried on maybe 2 bras. All she had was one choice sge picked out . Ugly, dated looking bras and the worst customer service!!! The woman brought a size and insisted it was correct even though I told her how tight and uncomfortable it was. She wanted it known she sized me correctly despite comfort. When I tried to explain what I was hoping for she kept talking over me and repeating that she sized me correctly and that I came in to be sized. I said I had actually hoped to buy a few bras!
