Ugly, dated looking bras and the worst customer service!!! The woman brought a size and insisted it was correct even though I told her how tight and uncomfortable it was. She wanted it known she sized me correctly despite comfort. When I tried to explain what I was hoping for she kept talking over me and repeating that she sized me correctly and that I came in to be sized. I said I had actually hoped to buy a few bras! As a bigger breasted woman they did not have many options for comfortable bras that were not sports bras. They recommended a wired bra which I purchased after fitting. It turned out to be the most uncomfortable bra that I have ever worn! They sized me wrong even after several guesses at size. You cannot return even tagged unworn bras except to receive a in store credit! I shopped on line for a bra and got a better fit and comfort than I got from Zoe’s.
Amazing experience today at Zoe's! Staff were kind, respectful and so helpful. They measured me and then worked me through fit and sizing. Brought in a variety of styles and sizes and checked the fit of any I asked and listened to what I needed. The store has a pleasant and inviting environment. The garments sold aren't cheap and you will drop some money but they are very well made, comfortable, beautiful, and make you feel amazing!
