I saw the Zoé commercial on WGN and came in with my brother to learn more about the slogan “30 lbs in 30 days”. I’m a diabetic (controlled glucose). I have fibromyalgia, IBS, high cholesterol, slow thyroid and other issues. My brother who is 11 years younger than me was very heavy and was in pain. We signed up and followed the plan as indicated. Prior to joining Zoe Wellness Center, I was exhausted all the time. I had difficulties walking up a flight of stairs without being short-winded. Since losing the excess weight,I can move around better, more flexibly, stop snoring and my blood pressure is now controlled.I feel great, I look better, my clothes fit better. I think that Zoe is a fantastic program. I started the program nine days ago, and I have lost 8 pounds, I feel fantastic, and I can remember things No more brain fog. To me the program was easy because I was doing intermittent fasting anyway, the only thing I had to do was eliminate the carbs and drink my water. I have enjoyed my first leg of my journey and excited to see my results after my fat burning days. All of my cravings are gone and I haven’t felt hungry. I would recommend it highly.
Day 17 here and I’m down 14lbs. I’ve got more energy than ever, sleeping better and razor sharp concentration. Did I mention I’m off my blood pressure medication?
