I contacted them multiple times trying to arrange a date for our photo shoot. I was hoping to get pictures for our Christmas cards. I got a response once that they were not available on a particular date, but not again to the 6 other messages and emails I sent. The Groupon expired and I gladly exchanged it for something else. Not sure what the deal is with this company, but very unprofessional and frustrating.
This guy is horrible! He's taken money for a job and has borderline absconded. My friends used him for their special day and he ruined it! Thanks to him they don't have any record of their wedding ... I can't imagine being in that situation and wouldn't want that for anyone. STAY AWAY FROM HIM AND HIS COMPANY!
Upon requesting an appointment for a family photo session I received a prompt response. Very accommodating for times and days. The location suggested lent itself beautifully to the photos. Of course my teenage boys aren’t pose savy, so direction and suggestions given were great. I could not be more thrilled with the results and look forward to using their services for our next family session. The care and quality are more than I could have asked for. I would highly recommend ZNS to anyone looking for photography services.
Very disappointed in the service...my family and I had a photo session booked...he no showed...no call, text, no explanation...I tried contacting him numerous times and he never picked up or responded. He’s unreliable and irresponsible.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! My friends hired them for their wedding videography but ZnS has failed to contact them or produce the video! My friends have reached out to ZnS several times and upon many false promises are still left without the footage to their wedding or refund! Such a shady way to handle the most important day of a couples life. Wedding was summer 2018...it’s been 7months...still nothing
