I was late for my appointments yesterday and today. Last Friday, my driver could not pick me up because he was picking up other people, so he called the company to send a replacement. The company repeatedly told me that someone would arrive in 10 minutes, but after calling them four times and receiving the same response, I learned that no driver was coming.
