On 12-6-25, the driver picked me up for a destination to Kaiser at Ontario. But he said he was scheduled to combine two passengers’ trips so he took me to pick up a second passenger at a different city and dropped him off near Kaiser at Fontana before taking me to my destination. It took over an hour to reach Kaiser at Ontario, which would normally take 30 minutes, and made me late for my appointment. . It’s wrong to combine 2 trips that one is not on the way of the other and makes one appointment late.

I was late for my appointments yesterday and today. Last Friday, my driver could not pick me up because he was picking up other people, so he called the company to send a replacement. The company repeatedly told me that someone would arrive in 10 minutes, but after calling them four times and receiving the same response, I learned that no driver was coming. These guy SUCK!!! Always late the drivers are horrible I hope they go out business.. if you have a choice don’t choose zmt I would give zero stars if I could
