One of the bad broker is have ever work with we have done a load back in june and send them a invoice to get paid and its August we haven’t pay yet. Factoring company also stop working with them. Stop booking their loads or you will stuck with the payments for decades. They were very bad in the business I would said if it still going like this they will b bankrupt with in 6 months.
Took a load from Alabama to New Jersey it’s been almost 2 weeks now and they still have not paid us I called the company we delivered to and they told me that they already have installed what I brought them and it’s working properly and they still have not paid out I was really banking on this load too being that my son is extremely sick this was going to help pay for medication I’m going to drive to the main ioffice next week and it won’t be nice when I get there
Hauled load for them over a month ago. They use 3rd party payment method to pay carriers…. They haven’t uploaded payment and fully refused to comply and communicate with my company and the 3rd party. They are in financial troubles, this news comes directly from employees you can get on the phone. Don’t run freight from this broker.
Very poor, forty days since all paperwork was sent in, emailed to find out what’s up and they need the paperwork sent back over. My advice don’t haul a load for them unless paid upfront from now on. If they won’t do it find something else or run empty. Don’t haul freight for free.
I recommend no one hauling for this company, they screwed my husband and I out of dention pay and additional money. They don't send you any of the right paperwork and when trying to get paid they go all around in circles so they dont have to pay you what's owed. My first and last time I will ever work for them I picked up a load and it got sent back with me until I got the paperwork they had for said load.
