Used to love working with zmac but the last two loads we did for them they never paid us, and stopped picking up the phone. Not sure what happened but they still owe us payment. Praying for em. Until then, stay away from these people

This is not an isolated experience. Everything is fine until delivery — then issues appear and payment suddenly becomes a problem. Documentation doesn’t seem to matter, and delays drag on with no urgency. This is the kind of situation many carriers quietly warn each other about. It creates unnecessary risk and cash-flow problems for drivers and small fleets. Truckers know what this is. Proceed accordingly. BEWARE

Beware of broker: ZMAC Transport Solutions LLC, Racine, WI. They will not pay for services rendered. I did haul a load for them the first time several months ago without any issues. So I assumed that this recent load would turn out the same. I was wrong! Everything went as planned and the load (pvc pipes and fittings) was delivered on time and with a clean BOL, also had pics at both ends.
