No compliance with GDPR. Unable to unsubscribe despite sending requests to stephen@zlxsolutions. Not interested in their offerings. Besides, HMRC is taking now action on erroneous or fraudulent R&D tax credit claims by issuing compliance checks for claimants.
Didn't get back to me after an interview where they said they would get back to me the next week.
My company used ZLX to complete a R&D tax return. HMRC started a investigation and the documents submitted by ZLX failed and the claim was rejected. My company is £18k out of pocket as ZLX refused to return any commission even though the claim was not successful. I would not recommend this company to anyone, check any contracts as they contradict the website content. The whole process was not professional and I recommend anyone to use another qualified company.
