Our first interaction with Zjovan was shockingly rude and aggressive. From the moment she answered the phone, she spoke in a harsh, condescending tone and immediately insisted she had spoken to us a week prior—despite this being our very first call. When we tried to explain that we were new clients simply seeking tax help after buying a home and having a baby, she became even more dismissive and short-tempered.
