Our first interaction with Zjovan was shockingly rude and aggressive. From the moment she answered the phone, she spoke in a harsh, condescending tone and immediately insisted she had spoken to us a week prior—despite this being our very first call. When we tried to explain that we were new clients simply seeking tax help after buying a home and having a baby, she became even more dismissive and short-tempered. Fast , friendly, and professional service , very responsive. She was super professional while maintaining a friendly atmosphere, does a great job at explaining everything and prices are fair. I would definitely be using her services again and I recommend Zjovan’s tax consultants !
This was my first time going to her. My normal guy was booked up for the next few weeks, so I found here. I was able to get in right away, so I liked that. She isn't working in a office space currently, but she's quick. She charged me $350 and then the software fees, so my cost totaled up to almost $470. That's really my only complaint. Not sure if she itemizes. Its less than H&R Block, but far more than my normal guy, who never charges software fees.
Great customer service and will answer any questions you may have or not understand. My husband and I are greatly satisfied and will be returning customers. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
