I highly recommend this nutritionist. I had some digestive issues that needed attention. From the initial consultation, Dominique identified the problem and she put together a program tailored to my needs and to address my specific issue. I thought I was eating healthy, which I was, just not as healthy as my body required. Dominique of Zizania is incredible. I couldn't recommend her highly enough. I have always been a fairly healthy eater, but Dominique has worked with me to help me understand why what I put in my body is so critical -- especially for a woman over 50. I look better and I feel better and I look forward to utilizing this new approach to food -- and especially to understanding ingredients -- for the rest of my life! More people need to be aware of Dominique and learn from her. Life changing!
Met with Dominique for a nutrition consultation and I was very surprised at all the foods I thought were good for me. Dominique explained those foods are what's causing my health issues and weight gain. She's very versed in the science of nutrition as well as how to deal with lymphedema. I strongly recommend this nutritionist. She's kind, patient, and knows what she's talking about.
Dominique really understands the science of food. Her sugar craving webinar was very educational and she made sure we understood every part of it. Great experience, gained a lot of tips I can use to build healthier eating habits.
