I got my blood work from my doctor today. It is truly amazing. All my numbers (A1c, cholesterol, blood pressure) are in the normal range. Then I saw the cardiologist concerning medications and he cut both cholesterol and a heart medication way back. He was AMAZED at my progress and weight loss.
