Emily and ziva meditation is life changing
Life changing!
The mediation techniques are taught in an excellent and very accessible way however there is nothing particularly special about them…its mantra meditation with some simple affirmations and breath techniques added on. The cost for the initial mediation instruction was fairly priced. However, they lock you into a 6-month subscription (at $80 a month) for what is essentially a facebook group.
