Kristen, Michele has told me the difficulties she has hed retrieving our shell/container in Irvington and on Windmill. Further, your card has been declined for the 59.00 redelivery fee for Windmill. We have decided that we know longer wish to do business with you. Please have the container in Irvington unloaded for pickup Friday, July 5th first thing in the morning. Misleading and inept group of people. If they make a mistake or break more than they want to replace, rest assured that it's coming out of your pocket. Between damages and overcharges I paid over 2k more than if I went with a reputable company. If you don't act as the supervisor you will pay to the max. They've got workers standing around on the clock, running up the bill if you go hourly you're going to pay a lot more. I was nothing but nice to these people and they took advantage of me. I had a quote for a full move with packing for around 3200 but then did over 25 trips to the new house to move breakables and other small items and still payed the 3200 price. This was because most of their workers were lazy and stood around for hours. Their main guy was good but at $110 hr, they need to all be working. Excellent moving and storage company, with unmatched customer service!!! I highly recommend Zippy Shell... I needed my house empty to paint, replace all my flooring, and do some remolding. A friend of mine recommended Zippy Shell, a moving and storage company... said they would wrap every item and place inside a big pod like shell, that was secured against entry with my own lock until returned. The best part about my experience were my movers, Soloman and Johnathan. They did an AMAZING job, by far the best movers we've ever had - and we've moved at least five times in the past two years! Eager to help, absolutely went the extra mile, had amazing cost effective tips for packing items, helped me with every aspect of my moving day. Even on a 95 degree day they did not complain once. I hope their supervisors see this review - these guys are outstanding!
