I put my stuff in storage in early March 2020 for what I assumed would be a month. We all know what happened next! My stuff ended up being in storage for 4.5 years. I was a little nervous when I got it back; I was worried about damage. Miraculously, everything was in great shape. Zipcubes was easy to get in touch with if I needed to access my things, too.
I've had a great experience with ZipCubes. I had placed all my belongings into storage when I went overseas in late 2019 and then moved to Los Angeles. I thought the storage would be temporary but the pandemic delayed my plans. I find the customer service with ZipCubes to always be prompt, efficient, and friendly. I recently had my cubes removed and was happy to see that everything was stored very well with no issues. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for temporary or long-term storage.
