Very poor quality of support. I couldn't find the car for 20 minutes. Called service and the service person kept telling me to walk to some place when it's -10 C. I went there and still couldn't find the car. Then I was told to walk another 20 minutes to find the next nearest car. I refused because it's dangerous in the snow. Then the person got impatient and kept repeating without hearing my explanation. Then I requested for a refund and it still hasn't happened yet. In the end the person just hang up on me.
