My significant other and I rented a vehicle via the app and everything was going fine until it was time to gas up and return. The gas card declined multiple times to our disbelief considering the biggest draw being free gas with service. We had already extended our usage out to accommodate the time needed to gas the vehicle and get it back. When the card declined we called customer service. This caused us to go over in our timing.
