Absolutely shameful & scammy. Their system relies on GPS to lock & unlock the vehicle. If, for any reason, their system can’t communicate with the car- apparently, they’ll bill you $50 late fee + additional time( even if you have PROOF that it was returned early). Furthermore, the vehicle parking locations are not enforced. Oftentimes, the spots are taken by other people- it’s up to the user to have the car towed & for the user to find a suitable, free parking spot.
