I used Zipcar once and the service was good. However, they continue to charge my card monthly for a membership despite the fact I have talked with an agent via chat, canceled the fraudulent membership through the website and talked with agents on the phone. After escalating to a supervisor in 9/8/25 , she hung up claiming to not hear me and said she would call back (callback same issue occurred ). I would advise against using this service because although convenient the resulting and recurring fees are not worth it.
