Customer service is joke and their pricing models are derived from community-college minds
Horrible customer service from the 1800 number all the way to the corporate office. I had been using this carshare for 8 years and every year it gets worse. They don't value customers, and deny responsibility for when zipcar or Zipcar App malfunctions. They now say if the previous person leaves it on low fuel you (the next driver has to re-fuel it on your own time and own money) and wouldn't provide the 15 min time credit that they used to apply for having to gas an improperly low fuel vehichle .
