Zipcar Location

I don't recommend to use Zipcar and especially at this location. Firstly, I rent the same car, ford escape, as in the previous review. The warning light keeps on. However, we have to switch the car to the same home location even we were far from there, but the other car we switched also had the same issue. It delayed our trip seriously. Even worse, when we return the car, we met frauds at this location, and the guard totally ignores this security issue because he didn't need to take responsibility for Zipcar. Car was not clean, there was ton of trash in it and the outside was dirty. There was an attendant on site but after I return the car I got an email from zipcar saying I missed my reservation, so I think the check in/check out process was done incorrectly.
