Avoid Zipcar. I fully paid for a car and protection coverage, yet they cancelled only two hours before pickup and destroyed my entire long-weekend trip. With every other company fully booked, I was forced to stay home. Zipcar offered no replacement, no meaningful assistance, no compensation, and refunded only part of my payment. I called three times, but no manager or supervisor was available. Staff treated this disaster as normal. I am furious and deeply disappointed. Never trust Zipcar at all!
Shame on this company. Don’t use - this company will scam you. Take money from your account for no reason, their cars are unreliable and they’ll make it seem like your fault
ZIPCAR IS A SCAM!! Please think twice before applying for zipcar membership, they will deduct around $30 each time and reject your applications for no reason. I tried to get back the money for rejected applications and the customer support were harsh.
