Beware of Property Manager Car is ok. Service from zipcar is good when you can get someone on the phone. There are some bugs that still need to be worked out and more people to work the phone calls is badly needed. Other than that, great concept and pretty good execution. This pickup site: had a problem getting into the vehicle. Called customer service. While on hold for a total of 70+ minutes. This car doesn’t seem to exist. Reserved a truck to pick up some furniture, but car was nowhere to be seen. Called customer service, and after fifteen minutes on hold, got a very unhelpful woman that could not have cared less. This is the second time this has happened to me in Houston, will be canceling my membership with this useless company.
