My experience with Zipcar was completely unacceptable and proved that a confirmed, fully paid reservation with them cannot be trusted. I booked and paid for a vehicle, including protection coverage, and planned my entire long-weekend trip around that reservation. Do not use. Waste of money and non refundable membership for a car you still spend 130$ on. The fine print says the charge
