I truly wish I could leave 0 stars I’ve had the absolute WORST experience as a customer. I paid to extend a vehicle for a day just for the company to say they didn’t receive payment. I then had to re book hourly and couldn’t extend in time. The vehicle was “retrieved” with my property (inside because I was locked out) and they attempted to force me to Pay $524.
