I didn't get to do business with them, I just stopped by to ask questions and they answered my questions promptly
Had my first experience using Zipcar today. It was far from what I expected. The guys at the lot were not helpful when I couldn't locate the car. When I did find the car it looked like it was in an accident. It only got worse when I got into the car, it was filthy. That car seemed to not have been cleaned in months. Very very disappointing experience!
