Have a serious glitch in their booking app. They charge a late fee even when the return is in time. Their booking times and other details are not reliable.
Great if you need something short notice and for a few hours.
Just been rip off by Zipcar for ""non-refundable" charge. The bottom line is don't modify your trip last minute, it will cost the SAME.
