I love the convenience and location of the zipcar. I was able to reserve through the app, walk over and pick up the car within minutes. Drop off was just as easy.
Unfortunately we started our trip off horribly. Our zipcar wasn't working. We called the company, & 1 hour and a half and "40,000 hold on a sec" later, we were given a new one. They credited us and threw in a few more hours. Luckily we had no scheduled appointment for the place we were going (in another state) otherwise we would've been screwed. Lately I've noticed a decline in car availability. There are more damaged and dirty cars, yet prices are rising? They can do a lot better for the prices their charging. Giving refund... read more
