Canceled 2 months ago. They just took 165 dollars out of my account today for a smoking fee dating back to February. I do not smoke and never did. I tried to dispute, they basically said "too bad!" Stay away from zipcar

This car is locked behind a gate and has been for years.
They charged me to check my license. Then, they rejected my application. I have two points on my license. I did not see anything on their website stating that you need a perfectly clean license to apply for a membership or that the application fee is non-refundable.
